Arsen Saidov
Family · Heritage · Memory · Truth
My name is Arsen Saidov. Within my family I am also known as
Arsik — a household nickname given to me by my father and mother,
a name our family associates with strength and vitality.
Who I Am
A Life Grounded in Family, Memory and Personal Truth
I carry my family name with gratitude and responsibility. To me, heritage is not merely
a title or a symbol. It is the preservation of the people who came before us: their names,
their sacrifices, their character, and the values entrusted to the generations that follow.
I am the third-born child and the oldest son of the Saidov family.
Our immediate family consists of our father and mother and seven children in total:
four brothers and three sisters.

Torah & Jewish Szlachta Heritage — As Preserved in Our Family History
According to the family history passed down to me, one ancestral branch through my grandmother
is associated with Jewish Szlachta heritage, while family tradition on my
father’s side connects my grandfather’s lineage with Moshe of the Torah.
I honor both traditions as part of the heritage my family has entrusted to me.
For me, the importance of these accounts lies not in placing one person above another, but in
honoring ancestry faithfully, preserving family memory, and carrying forward a sense of duty,
dignity and respect.
verified genealogy. Heritage claims described here are presented as accounts preserved within
the Saidov and Sosnov families unless supporting historical or genealogical documentation is
separately published.
The Saidov Family · Paternal Family Life in Canada
We are a family of nine: our father and mother, my six siblings, and me.
There are seven children altogether — four brothers and three sisters.
I am the third-born child and the oldest son of the Saidov family.
What the House of Saidov Means to Me
“House of Saidov” is the language I use to honor the continuity of my family:
the bond between generations, the dignity of our elders, devotion to those we love,
and the responsibility to leave the family name stronger in character and memory.
Maternal Lineage & Family Tribute
АТОМАН КАЗАСКИ РОД · ATOMAN KAZACHSKI ROD · CAUCASUS FAMILY TRADITION
Our maternal family history also preserves an association with
АТОМАН КАЗАСКИ РОД (ATOMAN KAZACHSKI ROD) of the Caucasus region.
I present this as a tribute to my late grandmother and grandfather and to the enduring
family heritage remembered through them.
Within our family, this tradition is remembered through ideals of leadership, civic duty,
guardianship of community, discipline, endurance and devotion to family.
In Loving Memory · Grandmother
Raisa “Raya” Sosnova
My late grandmother, Raisa — known to the family as Raya — is remembered in our maternal
family story as part of the Caucasus lineage described above. Her memory represents grace,
fortitude, care for family, and the bond between ancestral honor and modern devotion.
In Loving Memory · Grandfather
ПЁТР “Peter” Sosnov
My late grandfather, ПЁТР (Peter) Sosnov, is honored beside my grandmother as a steadfast
pillar of our family. We remember his work ethic, discipline, dignity and love as part of
the foundation carried forward by later generations of the Saidov family.

I preserve these names and stories because a family’s legacy is not measured only by what
history calls it. It is measured by what its descendants choose to remember, protect and live by.
This biography is therefore both personal record and tribute: to my parents, my siblings,
my grandparents, my ancestors, and the family memory that shaped the person I am.
“Creation is not what it seems, nor is life; therefore, ‘Truth’ is all that counts.”
Welcome!
This is not a destination. It is an invitation.
Every page on this website begins with a simple assumption: truth is not something we own—it is something we continually approach through observation, reason, experience, and honest reflection. The ideas presented here are an exploration of patterns that connect people, nations, science, philosophy, and the choices that shape our future.
The Signal represents awareness. Truth represents direction. Together they form a path toward understanding rather than certainty.
What You Will Find Here
**The Images** introduce the visual language of this project. They are symbolic maps designed to communicate relationships between ideas that words alone cannot easily express. Each element invites interpretation while pointing toward deeper questions about identity, responsibility, and the search for meaning.
**Canada: Truth and the Signal of a Nation** explores the relationship between national identity, shared values, civic responsibility, and the pursuit of truth. It is intended as a reflection on how a society can remain resilient through integrity, dialogue, and a commitment to evidence and principle.
Together, these works form a single conversation rather than separate publications. They encourage readers to examine assumptions, compare perspectives, and develop their own conclusions through careful thought.
This website does not ask for agreement. It asks for curiosity.
Truth is not a final destination.
It is a signal that becomes clearer the more honestly we are willing to listen.

The Cosmos has officially been grinded and unloaded.
Within the study framework presented throughout my handbooks,
books and work on
arsensaidov.com,
I explore the unlimited possibilities through which a person can
examine, describe and intentionally shape the direction of their life.
This section turns that philosophy into a simple learning system.
An intention may be written in a computer file, on paper, in a journal,
or in another form meaningful to the individual. The purpose is to make
the intention clear, observable and available for continued reflection.
In my writings I describe Otec Nebesni — the Administrator of
the Cosmos — as the spiritual language through which I explore
supervision, wisdom, safety, ethics and the greater order of our home
called the Cosmos.
The system below is therefore an invitation to
learn how to learn: state what matters, observe yourself,
act responsibly, study the result, refine the signal and continue.
Important: this material is provided for study,
philosophical reflection and educational exploration only.

01 / CONCEPT
What Does “Grinded and Unloaded” Mean?
In this project, the phrase describes a philosophical study model in
which the Cosmos is approached as an enormous field of possibilities
that can be examined, interpreted and navigated through awareness,
truthful intention, learning and responsible action.
Study Model — Not a Scientific Guarantee
Creating a file, writing on paper or recording an intention can be a
useful method for clarifying goals, remembering priorities and guiding
future actions. This page does not claim that a computer file itself
has been scientifically demonstrated to alter external reality or
guarantee a particular outcome.
Readers may approach the larger Cosmos framework spiritually,
philosophically, symbolically or simply as an intention-and-learning
exercise.
>
INPUT:
“I am getting healthier.”
>
CLARIFY:
What does “healthier” mean in real life?
>
ACTION:
Choose safe and realistic steps.
>
OBSERVE:
Notice progress, obstacles and new information.
>
UPDATE:
Improve the intention when you learn more.
STATUS: Learning loop active.
// Study → observe → act → learn → refine → repeat
02 / OPERATING SYSTEM
The Learn-to-Learn System
The goal is not to memorize a fixed collection of instructions.
The goal is to become better at observing, questioning, learning
and updating yourself.
Declare
Write clearly what you would like to understand, improve,
create or explore.
Observe
Notice your preferences, habits, environment, opportunities
and reactions.
Check
Ask whether the direction is truthful, ethical, safe and
consistent with your responsibilities.
Act
Convert intention into realistic actions inside the world
you actually live in.
Learn
Study the result. Keep what works. Change what does not.
Repeat indefinitely.
03 / ADAPTIVE LEARNING
The Cosmos Learns You
One way I explain this philosophy is through artificial intelligence.
An AI becomes more useful when it receives information about a user’s
preferences, questions, corrections and goals. In the Cosmos Study
model, we use a similar metaphor for life.
becomes information about the direction you prefer.
New information may change your understanding.
as you become wiser, safer or more informed.
what you say, what you choose and what you actually do.
Knowledge develops. Wisdom deepens. The loop can continue throughout life.
04 / WINDOWS 11 EXAMPLE
Create Your First Study File
You do not need special software. A normal text document can become
a simple personal study record.
1
Open Documents and create a text file
Open your Documents folder, create a new Text Document,
and give it a clear name.
2
Give the intention a recognizable name
Example:
I am getting healthier.txt.
The name itself should remind you what you are studying.
05 / TEMPLATE
What Goes Inside the File?
A useful file can contain much more than a single sentence.
Think of it as your personal learning log.
INTENTION:
I am becoming healthier.
WHY:
I want more energy, wellbeing and a sustainable routine.
ACTIONS:
– Follow appropriate health guidance.
– Build sustainable sleep, movement and nutrition habits.
– Ask a qualified professional when medical advice is needed.
OBSERVATION:
What changed? What helped? What did I learn?
NEXT UPDATE:
Improve the plan using what I learned.
06 / APPLICATIONS
Examples for Different Areas of Life
The same learning protocol can be applied to many areas.
These examples are starting points, not commands.
health.txt
Health & Wellbeing
Define health as a process you participate in rather than an outcome
you simply wait for.
CHECK = “What safe action supports this today?”
REVIEW = “What is my body and qualified guidance teaching me?”
Real-world layer:
appropriate nutrition, rest, movement, hygiene, prevention and
qualified medical care when needed.
business.txt
Business & Creation
Begin with clarity about what you are creating, whom it helps and
whether the business is operating honestly.
QUESTION = “What real problem am I solving?”
ACTION = “Test one measurable improvement this week.”
Real-world layer:
research customers, test assumptions, manage costs, communicate
honestly and improve through feedback rather than fear.
torah-study.txt
Judaism, Torah & Wisdom
The Torah can be approached as an ongoing source of study,
ethical questioning, tradition and reflection.
STUDY = “What does this teaching actually say?”
REFLECT = “How should it affect the way I act?”
Real-world layer:
read carefully, compare interpretations, ask questions, study
historical context and consult knowledgeable Jewish teachers or
rabbis for religious guidance.
family.txt
Family & Relationships
Use intention to improve your own behaviour rather than trying to
control another person.
PAUSE = “Am I listening or only reacting?”
ACTION = “Choose one constructive conversation.”
Real-world layer:
listen, communicate clearly, respect boundaries and repair mistakes.
learning.txt
Knowledge & Education
Instead of asking only what you know, examine how you learn and how
easily you update your understanding.
VERIFY = “What evidence or source supports it?”
UPDATE = “What would change my mind?”
Real-world layer:
read competing perspectives, verify sources, practice the skill and
remain willing to correct yourself.
create.txt
Creativity & Personal Projects
Capture an idea before perfectionism or hesitation turns it into noise.
OUTPUT = “Make one real thing.”
REVIEW = “What did creating it teach me?”
Real-world layer:
write, design, build, test, publish, receive feedback and improve.
07 / DAILY PROTOCOL
The Truth Audit
One recurring idea throughout my books is that truth must become a
practice rather than merely a statement.
[01] What did I say today?
[02] What did I actually do?
[03] Did my actions match my values?
[04] Where did fear, habit or noise influence me?
[05] What did reality teach me?
[06] What should I update tomorrow?
OUTPUT: Greater clarity.
08 / SPIRITUAL FRAMEWORK
The Administrator of the Cosmos
OTEC NEBESNI · STUDY CONCEPT
Administrator of the Cosmos
Within my writings, I use the name
Otec Nebesni in describing the Administrator of the
Cosmos — a spiritual and theological framework through which I consider
higher order, wisdom, supervision, truth and ethical direction.
In the context of this public study guide, the concept represents an
important principle:
no intention should require harm, deception, coercion or the
violation of another person’s dignity.
A reader is free to understand this language literally according to
personal faith, spiritually, symbolically, philosophically or as part of
the conceptual vocabulary of my books.
The purpose of the study remains the same:
seek greater understanding while choosing truth, responsibility,
safety and respect.
09 / SAFETY GATE
Every Intention Passes Through Safety
SAFE_MODE = TRUE
This study protocol should never be used as a substitute for medical
treatment, emergency help, legal advice, professional financial advice
or other qualified assistance.
An intention should not be designed to harm, manipulate or control
another person. Writing something down does not remove the need for
consent, responsibility, evidence, laws, professional expertise or
ordinary real-world action.
The safest interpretation of the protocol is:
clarify what you hope for, identify what you can responsibly influence,
take appropriate action, observe reality and continue learning.
10 / OFFLINE MODE
No Computer Is Required
The computer file is only one interface.
A notebook, index card, printed page or handwritten note can serve the
same reflective purpose.
PAPER:
“I want to understand ______.”
GOAL:
“I would like to improve ______.”
ACTION:
“Today I can responsibly do ______.”
RESULT:
“What happened?”
LESSON:
“What did I learn?”
UPDATE:
“What should I change?”
DEVICE REQUIRED: NONE
// The learning process is the important part.
WHILE (LIFE) { STUDY(); LEARN(); UPDATE(); }
We Study for Eternity.
The Cosmos is beautiful precisely because there is always more to
understand.
Write what you seek.
Study what is true.
Observe what happens.
Act with care.
Learn from reality.
Refine your understanding.
And begin again.
The purpose is not to reach a point where there is nothing left to learn.
The purpose is to become a better learner.
