My Path of Exile Morning — From Skeptic to Divine Luck!

Coming from the worlds of Diablo II, Diablo III, and Diablo IV, I honestly never expected to fall in love with another ARPG.
But then my brother introduced me to Path of Exile. I was skeptical at first… and then everything changed.

Before I knew it, I started to feel the depth, the mystery, the economy, the randomness — and suddenly, I loved it.
Today was the moment I knew PoE had officially grabbed me.

The Morning That Changed Everything

I woke up around 6 AM and jumped straight into the game. I had around 70,000 in-game gold and decided to buy a few belts from an NPC — nothing special.

And then… BOOM — I got a Headhunter belt.
One of the rarest, most iconic items in Path of Exile.
Its value? 23 Divine Orbs.

I traded it in the marketplace for 22 Divines and suddenly I was able to afford anything I wanted in the game.
For months — even years — many players grind for just a single Divine Orb.
The statistical chance of finding one naturally is 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 200,000 monster kills.

But today, the stars aligned.

Playing With RN — A Legendary Human Being

I was playing with a friend named RN — an incredible person, easily
the best I’ve met in Path of Exile. He introduced me in detail to something called
Stacked Decks, and together we opened hundreds of them today.

The funniest part?
I didn’t even know we were going to open Stacked Decks.
I was streaming by surprise 😂

A Morning of Luck, Friendship & Meaning

I’ve met amazing people in life — my family, my brothers, close friends — but
meeting someone like RN inside a game reminded me how powerful online worlds can be.

I’m grateful for:

  • Making 22 Divine Orbs in a single morning
  • Opening hundreds of Stacked Decks
  • Learning from someone incredibly skilled
  • Having one of the most fun gaming mornings of my life

My youngest brother is also #1 in the world in League of Legends and streams nightly —
so gaming runs deep in our family. I’m a former
Counter-Strike 1.6 player and a lifelong PS2 fan.

Today reminded me why I loved gaming all these years.
